Mindful, trauma-informed breathwork:
Release Stress, Restore Balance & Build Resilience
BOOK A BREATHWORK SESSION NOW!
Re:Connected was born from a simple truth — that trauma, stress, and the pace of modern life can profoundly disconnect us. From our bodies. From each other. From the world around us.
Through Conscious Connected Breathing (think Wim Hof style breathing but without the breath holds…), Re:Connected offers a way back — to connection, presence, resilience, and peace. Each session is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, your breath, and the life that’s waiting beneath the noise.
Re:Connected Breathwork

Guided by Joe, these sessions combine mindful breathing, gentle body awareness, and trauma-informed support to help calm your nervous system, ease stress, and bring you back to a place of clarity and presence.
Whether you’re looking to release tension, explore deeper layers of yourself, or support ongoing healing, each journey is held with care, consent, and steady guidance — always at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
